All data collection is  for the purpose of filming / photography of consenting adults only, this means they are not intended or permitted for anyone under the age of 18.

Identification shown at the time of filming / photographic shoots ensures that we do not knowingly interact or collect personal information from anyone under 18.

No one known to be under 18 is permitted to be on site or party to any filming or content creation.

www.misskittybliss.co.uk is a site about services offered, events and other work related information for the sole purpose of promoting Miss Kitty Bliss.

In order for people to attend film / photograph shoots they need to share some information with me. The policy below sets out the information I collect, how I use it and who I share it with. Your data is protected and safe.

www.misskittybliss.co.uk confirms that by applying for film / photograph shoots you have consented to us knowing and holding this data (as per your consent requirement on the filming application form). I abide by the lawful basis for processing your data.

The processing of data set out here is part of your contract with www.misskittybliss.co.uk. The extent to which the site is monitored and controlled, the use of our site and the basis for processing any data is to fulfil  legal obligations.

In order to attend a film/photographic shoot you MUST disclose to us when filling out a model release form on the day (in accordance with filming regulations):

  • Your legal name
  • Your address
  • Your signature
  • You must also provide an in date form of government issued photo ID (such as a Passport or Driver License) to be photographed with you as verification, which will be kept with your model release form

Information may be shared about you in the following ways:

With third parties. Information may be shared about you with the following third parties:

How Long Your Information Is Stored

Your data is stored indefinitely in a safe, secure location. All the time that content you have appeared in is available for viewing it must have a relevant a model release form.

Deleted content that is no longer used or available for viewing will have any associated model releases destroyed accordingly, in a manner that renders them suitably and securely destructed.

This paragraph satisfies the provisions of Article 13(2)(b&c) GDPR.
